A highly accomplished management consulting professional with experience primarily focused on the government and public sector consulting practice. He worked previously for a decade with PwC ME and served multitude of clients across the GCC, Levant, and North Africa.

Throughout his career, Firas has led and delivered large scale transformation programs and projects across different domains including strategy development, organizational transformation, operating model design, human capital transformation, governance design, and performance management.
