Supported the Industrial Accelerators Sector at MoIAT in phased engagements to develop a strategy aimed at enhancing the UAE’s industrial sector, advancing the “Make it in the Emirates Program,” and promoting import substitution. The scope of work included the following:
- Conducting feasibility studies for 35 investment opportunities across key industrial sectors
- Identifying key industrial challenges and the required interventions across the industrial value chain
- Developing the marketing and communications strategy to support the launch of “Make it in the Emirates Program”, in collaboration with different stakeholders
- Identifying and analyzing the key focus sectors and products for the northern emirates. In depth analysis for value proposition of each emirate was done to guide the development of a targeted industrial strategy
- Supporting the execution efforts which included marketing and promotion of these opportunities on MOIAT platforms
- Conducting investor outreach campaign to attract investments to the UAE, which resulted in securing 15 Letters of Intent (LOIs) and MoUs with prospective investors
