Establishment & Application of a Shared Services Framework

    Worked closely with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – GIZ, to support the Prime Minister’s Office in developing a government-wide shared services framework for the public sector in Jordan. The engagement focused on shaping the overarching consolidation approach and defining the foundational elements required to implement shared services at national scale. The scope of work included the following:
  • Identifying shared services across government entities and developing the initial service catalogue
  • Assessing existing service attributes to highlight gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Developing prioritization criteria to support service selection based on strategic importance and impact
  • Reviewing current policies and legislation to identify key enablers and regulatory considerations
  • Outlining 3 proposed operating models and service delivery approaches tailored to the Government of Jordan
