Worked closely with the Ministry of Culture in UAE to establishing the first UAE National Orchestra. The scope of work included the following:

• Baselining the existing orchestral and music ecosystem in UAE
• Undertaking in-depth benchmarking exercise covering 6+ global and regional models and deriving recommendations in alignment with the UAE context
• Creating the full-fledged concept design and strategy for the National Orchestra in UAE including western and Arabic music assemblies, music academy, and world class recording and archives studio
• Building all the organizational elements including the operating model, governance model, and organization structure
• Determining 3 years establishment and operations plan, as well as detailed budget estimates
