    • Redesigning the finance operating model to establish a unified and future-ready structure

    • Developing updated financial policies, procedures, and tools to enhance governance and transparency
    • Supporting improvements in financial planning, analysis, and reporting practices
    • Aligning manufacturing finance, project finance, and commercial finance functions with the unified group model
    • Guiding the integration of enhanced finance practices into group-wide systems and workflows

    Human Capital Policy Harmonization
    • Reviewing and harmonizing over 30 HR policies to ensure consistency across 21 subsidiaries
    • Aligning policy content to comply with group standards and regulatory requirements
    • Developing and managing a detailed implementation plan for policy rollout across the organization
    • Overseeing stakeholder alignment across technical HR, digital systems, policy communications, and legal functions
    • Successfully rolling out the harmonized policies to 5,000+ employees at group level
