Finance Transformation - Redesigning the finance operating model to establish a unified and future-ready structure
- Streamlining 40+ core financial processes to remove redundancies and improve operational flow
- Developing updated financial policies, procedures, and tools to enhance governance and transparency
- Supporting improvements in financial planning, analysis, and reporting practices
- Aligning manufacturing finance, project finance, and commercial finance functions with the unified group model
- Guiding the integration of enhanced finance practices into group-wide systems and workflows
Human Capital Policy Harmonization - Reviewing and harmonizing over 30 HR policies to ensure consistency across 21 subsidiaries
- Aligning policy content to comply with group standards and regulatory requirements
- Developing and managing a detailed implementation plan for policy rollout across the organization
- Overseeing stakeholder alignment across technical HR, digital systems, policy communications, and legal functions
- Successfully rolling out the harmonized policies to 5,000+ employees at group level
