Supported Fakeeh Care Group in designing and structuring the end-to-end operating strategic approach for both NEOM Hospitals, covering planning, commissioning, activation, and full operations. This work played a key role in strengthening Fakeeh Care’s technical positioning and ultimately contributed to securing the award of both hospital projects. The scope of work included the following:
- Developing the governance model to ensure oversight of clinical and non-clinical functions
- Structuring the performance management framework aligned with NEOM requirements
