Supported Fakeeh Care Group in designing and structuring the end-to-end operating strategic approach for both NEOM Hospitals, covering planning, commissioning, activation, and full operations. This work played a key role in strengthening Fakeeh Care’s technical positioning and ultimately contributed to securing the award of both hospital projects. The scope of work included the following:
  • Developing the governance model to ensure oversight of clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Structuring the performance management framework aligned with NEOM requirements
  • Developing operational plans across service lines and support functions
  • Designing manpower and staffing plans
  • Planning and validating technology requirements
  • Designing supply chain and logistics frameworks
  • Establishing the hospital operations management framework
  • Structuring the quality management system
  • Defining the clinical service delivery model
