Worked in partnership with a global consulting firm to provide support to a royal commission in KSA in the development of a wholistic city wide performance management model. The scope of work included the following:
- Working closely with multiple external stakeholders to develop a complex performance management governance at city level
- Designing performance management framework operating model
- Detailing the policies and procedures and templates to ensure effective execution for the model
- Supporting the identification of KPIs across all sectors in alignment with the city strategic direction and Vision 2030, and informed by global best practices
